Okay, let’s review. I have no job, no address, no experience living in an rv, and definitely do not consider myself “a blogger” with intentions to “influence people” to make money. I would like to influence you to do something you’re afraid to do, and inspire you to stop waiting for the right time, get off your ass and do the thing you’ve been wanting to do!

Why bother with this website stuff? That answer is pretty simple actually. I’ve always wanted a place to write, share thoughts and sometimes crazy stories. It was a goal, and meant a lot for me to see it through. The fact that Carlos and I are aimlessly traveling around in a 16ft airstream seemed like a perfect time to start. With that said welcome to my head space and life filled with some great stories. I don’t plan on ranting too often, and will keep most of what I share short and sweet. Like my travel reviews, I’ll keep them short and sweet. If you have questions or want more details, email me! I plan to include links to the places we have seen and think are worth checking out plus a review on where we stayed. Hopefully giving you some good info along the way.

Now as for my recipes in this website, I spent many years creating and sharing recipes for the g**gle pastry program. This is something which at the time gave me a sense of pride and I truly enjoyed doing it. I definitely learned a lot along the way, and I can see that clearly standing outside of that ridiculous bubble they all still sit inside of. Currently, I intend to develop and create cookie recipes for my own business purposes. Many of these recipes will be offered through Pateron for members. I’ll post some of the recipes that were g**gle favorites for free from time to time for subscribers. I built a recipe book of close to four hundred recipes, and uploaded them into their system. (don’t get me started on that s*%t show) I’ll dust them off for anyone who’d like one.
